In our effort to give you the best offer you can get over the internet, we made free shipping available for selected items and countries or regions.

At the moment, we have our Free Shipping Program available to customers from:

• United States
• Malaysia

In the Product Page, you will see details of the item you selected and the availability for Free Shipping. If you have selected a product eligible for our program, there will be absolutely no charges for shipping or handling or any kind of additional charges or tax involving shipment; only from the time you made payment through our website, or through one of our offline payment methods (see paragraph 5 for detailed explanation).

It's very important to know that if you have selected ineligible items and you are from one of the participating countries in our program, you will still incur shipping charges according to the total weight of the items you added to your shopping cart. However, if you have selected both eligible and ineligible items to your Shopping Cart, you will only be billed with the items not available for free shipping (visual example to follow).

Though we have a Free Shipping Program available all throughout the United States and Malaysia (and for future candidates), there may be local customs fees in your state or region regarding imported shipments. These fees are payable by the buyer upon receipt of the item. The courier will provide you with full information regarding tax from imported items. We fully stress that we do not carry responsibility nor know of the exact amount of these fees that you may acquire upon receipt of the shipment.

Fresh Gear reserves the right to change or refuse availability to a certain item for our Free Shipping Program. We also remind you that other circumstances may disqualify the item for eligibilty, for example -bulk ordering. We have a shipping rate that is exclusive for bulk orders. We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible.The delivery charge depends on the size of the product ordered. You only pay one delivery charge irrespective of the number of products ordered. If you order 2 or more products that fall into different categories, the higher charge will apply:

When you add products to your shopping cart the appropriate charge will be added automatically. All delivery charges will be shown clearly throughout the checkout process.

Address provided by the customer will be deemed as the correct or default delivery address. Goods will be sent to the address provided and shall be deemed to have been received by the customer. Should there be changes, please contact info@freshgear.com.my before shipment.

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or Local Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.

From the receipt of your order we will endeavour to deliver your chosen items to the courier company within 7 working days providing the goods are in stock, unless a longer delivery time is shown on the product information page. Fresh Gear is not liable should there be a delay of more than 7 days. Deliveries to non-Mainland or remote locations may take longer.

All delivery must be signed off BY THE CUSTOMER. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery. Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for redelivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.

IMPORTANT
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
