In this section we will guide you to a step-by-step visually represented tutorial on the ordering process. These steps are properly organized to help you make your shopping exeperience faster and more effective.
Select Currency & Search Item Categories
On the home page you will see a currency selector on the top left. This option allows you to choose the appropriate currency for the entire transaction (from the time you select your item until the checkout). Currently there are only two currencies available, MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) and USD (U.S. Dollar). If you wish to deal in MYR (the default currency), the available payment option will be through Alliance Bank using your Visa or Mastercard charge card. For USD, PayPal is the best option available. Later on you will learn more about payment options.
Now, pick a category with which you wish to find your selection as shown on the picture above, and browse for item you need.

The Product Details Page
After selecting an item of your choice, you will be taken to the product page where you can see the details about this particular item. Here you will see the item description, price, weight, stock in hand and availability for free shipping*. After you have reviewed and confirmed the details of the item you wish to buy, choose the quantity of your order by clicking on the drop-down list beside the "BuyNow" button and select from 1 piece to a maximum of 10 pieces per item. Now you're ready to buy! Depress the "Buy Now" button and the next page will take you to your shopping cart.

The Shopping Cart
Our shopping cart is especially designed to make your shopping painfully easy. That means you can go back and forth from the cart, and back to shopping again without worrying that you have lost track of your orders. Fresh Gear'Shopping Cart stores all the data about the item you ordered and allows you to edit them when you're done and satisfied with the items you selected. Let's look at the options that make up the Shopping Cart.
- One of the editable parts of the Shopping Cart is the QTY (quantity). You can edit this field just in case you wish to change the number of items you want.
- Next is the "Remove" button. This simply removes any entry you wish to delete from the Shopping Cart.
- The most important option is the "Recalculate" button. You must always depress this button whenever you make changes to the quantity of your order or after deleting an entry from your Shopping Cart, it actually acts more like of a "refresh" button. Don't make a mistake of not doing this for you might miss some changes you have made!
- Finally click on the "Checkout" button to proceed to checkout.

Register & Checkout
After reviewing your Shopping Cart, you will be taken to the Checkout process. At this page you will see two options, "New Customer" and "Returning Customer". If you haven't registered with us you will be asked to sign-in as a "New Customer", click on the "Register & Checkout" button to take you to the registration process (which takes only a minute to complete). If you have already registered as a Customer and have received validation emails from our system, and have confirmed your email, you will be directed right away to choose your Shipping Address & Payment Option.

Registration Form
In the "New Account" page, there's a form that we require you to fill-up so we may know important details like your email and shipping address. Kindly enter the corresponding entries for each field and properly put a correct and valid email address, for this will be our means of communication to update you with your current order status and other matters concerning your order.
Privacy is paramount to us that is why our site uses a secure server that digitally encrypts all data sent accross the internet, so personal information you enter are all digitally encrypted and cannot be read over the internet except in our own website, and sensitive information like credit card numbers and passwords are totally protected from the time you enter the information until you finish shopping, to prevent all kinds of theft or fraud. All marked fields are required.

Shipping Address & Payment Option
Payment Option for U.S. Dollar Transactions
Next is to select your shipping address. There are two available options, "Ship to a residence" or "Ship to a business". Since you haven't registered with us before, you have no other option but to choose the "Ship to a residence" which matches with the address you entered in the registration form. For Returning Customers, you have the option to edit your shipping addresses on the "My Account" tab.
Afterwards, you will choose a suitable payment option. In this case, the only available payment option is PayPal since you have selected USD as your trading currency.
Payment Option for Malaysian Ringgit Transactions
For other customers who chose the MYR as their trading currency, you only have the option to pay through Alliance bank via Visa or Mastercard credit cards or pay through Wire Transfer or Bank Transfers (please be reminded that this is an offline payment method. You will have to contact us after making your payment so we may process your order for shipment.)

Select Shipping Provider
1. Next stage is to select your shipping provider. In this page, you will be asked to pick a shipping provider from the drop-down menu as shown on the image above (1). Given that we only have FedEx as our courier for international orders, you only have the option to select this as a shipping provider. Click on the Select Shipping Provider drop-down list and select "Other Shipping Options" (1) as shown in the picture to make FedEx your shipping provider. (Note: you will not see the FedEx title on the drop-down list instead, you will see "Other Shipping Options".)
2. Now click at the radio button (2) to activate your shipping provider. In this example, it states "Free Shipping to Anywhere in the US" that means you pay Zero amount in shipping and handling. Read about our Shipping Info to know more.
3. For items that are not eligible for free shipping, an amount in your selected currency will be shown as the cost of shipment and handling (3) according to shipping destination. Next is to click on the "Next" (3) button to continue. Just a bit of information -we have one of the lowest shipping rates available in the internet, so you get total value from your purchase!

Order Details
Next page shows you details about your order. Your billing address is shown on this page as well as your selected shipping address. As mentioned earlier, Returning Customers have the option to change their shipping addresses in the "My Account" tab. Details about the item you will purchase are shown here (quantity, serial number, description and price). If you notice in this example, there are no payment charges since you have selected PayPal as a payment option. There are also no shipping fees because the item selected for purchase is eligible for free shipping likewise, with the destination country. You see, Fresh Gear gives you the best service and promotions so you only pay for the price of the item you want!
If you have availed of a discount code from any of our promotions, here's the perfect time to use them to your advantage. Simply type the code on the "Discount Code" box and click update to exclude the value of the discount coupon from the final purchase price. Click next to continue.

PayPal Redirection & Alliance Bank's Paymex
PayPal Users & USD Credit Card Transactions
We're almost done! after clicking "Next" from the previous step, you will be taken to click on the PayPal icon which will then forward you to the PayPal secure checkout site.
Malaysian Ringgit Credit Card payments using Alliance Bank
This option is for users who chose MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) as their transaction currency. PayPal will be disabled and only Alliance Bank and Wire Transfer option will be selectable. On this page you are asked to give information about your credit card -your 16-digit credit card number the expiration date and the Credit Card Verification Number. Follow the instructions to confirm payment.

Secure Payment Site for PayPal Users & US Dollar Credit Card Transactions
Now that you are directed to the PayPal secure checkout site, you will notice that you are actually in Fresh Gear's account in Paypal and ready to transfer funds as payment for the items in your Shopping Cart. Payments you make in the PayPal site is totally secure. PayPal uses the latest technology for secure transactions over the internet, as we all know, PayPal is one of the most efficient and fastest growing payment method accross the world wide web.
Note:
Before you make your payment, make sure that you see Fresh Gear on the "Pay to" field, take note of the Payment Order # and check the amount that you are paying for. If you are an existing PayPal member, just type in your email address and PayPal password on the appropriate fields and that's it, you have succesfully and securely completed your eShopping! For non-PayPal members who wish to pay in USD, you may still do so by charging your credit card using PayPal. Just click on the "If you do not currently have a PayPal account" and it will take you to the simple procedures on paying using your charge cards and your done!
