Complaints and queries
If you are not happy with any aspect of our online service or if you have any queries or comments relating to an order placed online, please e-mail us at sales@freshgear.com.my and we will do everything we can to help you.
Faulty goods
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price. Refer to "Warranty Procedures" below. Certain products like screen protectors can only be exchanged if faulty or if returned unused with the original seal and wrapping intact. Methods of return are as follows:
i. International Order By Post. You may return it via post to Fresh Gear Sdn Bhd, 7-0-1, Megan Corporate Park, Block B, Jalan 1/125E, Taman Desa Petaling, 57100, Kuala Lumpur. Postal charge is to be paid by buyer depending on return conditions. Refer to iii.
ii. Local Order To a FG Store. Simply return the item to FG Store where you purchased from, for a replacement.
iii. Where there is no fault found with the goods we do not refund delivery charges and may charge for collecting the goods. This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights. If you post the item to us, or we collect it, we will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment, within 14 days.
Warranty Procedures
1.One (1) year warranty for all the devices from the principle brand.
2.Additional warranty from Fresh Gear, have to send back
to any of Fresh Gear outlet for warranty procedures with our
warranty Certificate.
3.* Faulty unit within seven (7) days from the date of purchases is allowed to one to one exchange from the principle At least seven (7) working days needed to be process the exchange.
4.Purchase after seven (7) days will be send back to the principle services center for warranty service.
a. Customer sends directly to services center, process up to 7 working day
b. Customer send to Fresh Gear, process up to 14 working days.
