The sling is made "also" with leather and as for added protection and style, we have included a carabiner to attach at the top of this posh leather case.
This item is flip-top case, meaning you open it either from top to bottom or otherwise. The compartment is made from leather which holds your iPod securely. The sling attaches to the main body through a metal fixture that you cling on to the case.
